How website data is used.

Vontekk uses first-party analytics to understand which pages bring qualified prospects, where visitors drop off, and whether the application experience works. We do not sell visitor data.

What we collect

Our own analytics can record page visits, referral and UTM source, anonymous browser/session identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, clicks, scroll depth, engaged time, application progress, and Calendly booking status. When someone submits application details, those details are stored so we can prepare for the requested conversation.

Session replay

Behavioral analytics can include a first-party session replay of cursor movement, scrolling and clicks. Form-field values are masked before replay data leaves the browser. Inputs, textareas, selects, contenteditable fields and embedded Calendly content are excluded or replaced in replay snapshots. Replay data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Identity and attribution

Anonymous visits use random browser identifiers. If a visitor later provides an email address, Vontekk can use a one-way SHA-256 identity token derived from the normalized email to associate that visitor's own sessions, including across devices where the same email is later supplied. We do not treat an IP address as proof of identity.

Google and YouTube data (Vontekk Studio)

Clients can connect a YouTube channel to Vontekk Studio by signing in with Google and approving access. What we receive depends on the permissions approved on the Google screen: channel analytics (views, watch time, audience and traffic information, search terms and, if permitted, estimated revenue), video details such as titles, thumbnails and publishing status, and permission to update titles, thumbnails and publishing schedules when a Vontekk team member acts on the client's instruction.

We use this information only to give the channel owner analytics, scheduling, and title and thumbnail tests. We keep a sign-in token on Vontekk's server with restricted access, periodic view-count snapshots for videos in a test, and a history of the changes made. We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties for their own use, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Vontekk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Vontekk's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When a connection is removed we delete its sign-in token and stop collecting data, and we delete the stored data for that channel on request. See also the Terms.

Retention and access

Session replay is retained for up to 30 days. Application and operational analytics may be retained longer for sales operations, reporting, security and business records. The detailed dashboard is private to Vontekk's authenticated operating system.
